Job Description

We are seeking a highly dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director in both professional and personal matters. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage the Director's schedule, handle confidential tasks, and be available on standby to address urgent needs.

  • Efficiently manage the Director's calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Arrange and manage all aspects of the Director's travel, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the planning and setup of virtual and onsite meetings and events.
  • Handle personal finances, bill payments, and expense tracking as needed.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for both personal and professional documentation.
  • Manage personal tasks such as shopping, errands, and household coordination.
  • Assist with adhoc task when needed.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field.
  • Preferably 1-2 years experience in personal assistant or secretary.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication skills in English, proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage. 
  • Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office applications (Excel Power Point, Word, etc.)
  • Adaptable and enjoy working in past paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Possess good multitasking and time-management skills, excellent self-discipline.
  • Strong sense of initiative, responsibility and has positive attitude.
  • Willing to travel and work during weekend (if needed).
