Note: This is a remote work position. RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Cloud Engineer you will be required to:
<ul>
<li>Administer cloud-based infrastructure deployment which includes tasks such as provisioning/de-provisioning of resources, user administration, monitoring computing resource utilization, backup/restore and incident management.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective/preventive actions during and after an incident. Fix and document problems and implement preventive measures.</li>
<li>Support audit and infrastructure/network security scans, disaster recovery and security related drills.</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance check, patches, updates and log review.</li>
<li>Collaborate with various teams to support customer requirements.</li>
<li>Participate in all aspects of the cloud lifecycle management, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and deployment.</li>
<li>This position requires periodic system administration outside normal business hours.</li>
<li>Support new technology implementation.</li>
</ul>
