Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. Achieves sales objectives in assigned accounts including forecast, sales targets, Acuvue’s market share while growing the category.
2. Effective territory planning, preparation and account management, via the implementation of marketing / category initiatives and new product launches
3. Proficient sales skills and group presentation skills
4. Develops & executes an annual account business plan that addresses customer & JJVC objectives, opportunity specific plans, and outlet. Execution of programs for major accounts with tracking metrics with the objective of growing the CL category.
5. Develops & builds strong customer relationships & partnerships across all levels & identifies key opportunities to further build strategic partnerships to ensure business directions are aligned & JJVC is partner of choice.
6. Manages co-op budget within guidelines, recommending avenues to optimize spends and to achieve positive business results.
7. Analyzes market opportunity by major account and implements programs to increase JJVC market share.
8. Provides communication and coordination of all channel plans with internal sales organization, partners and customers to ensure timely execution and monitoring of all programs within company policy.
9. Participates in the development of effective distribution and inventory system and procedures to service major accounts.
