Job Description

You will support the HR function in recruitment, employee management, payroll coordination, and HR operations, while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes across the showroom and office teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination 
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes 
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation 
• Assist in attendance tracking and payroll preparation 
• Support the implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and the employee handbook 
• Assist in handling disciplinary matters and employee relations issues 
• Coordinate training, staff engagement, and HR initiatives 
• Prepare basic HR reports and data tracking 
• Provide administrative support to the HR department 

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field 
• 2 - 3 years of HR experience (fresh graduates with a strong interest are encouraged to apply) 
• Basic knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and HR practices 
• Good communication skills in: 
• English 
• Bahasa Malaysia 
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills 
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
