Job Description

We are looking for a presentable and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our showroom team. This role requires someone confident in engaging with customers, who has a strong interest in gold and diamond jewellery, and is able to deliver a high level of service while achieving sales targets. 

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional product consultation 
• Promote and sell gold and diamond jewellery in line with customer needs 
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets 
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and relationships 
• Ensure proper product handling and care at all times 
• Assist in visual merchandising and showroom presentation 
• Support stock control and daily inventory checks 
• Participate in live selling / social media sessions when required 
• Handle customer enquiries, after-sales service, and basic issue resolution 
• Adhere to company policies on grooming, conduct, and security procedures 

Job Requirements

 Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent 
• Prior experience in retail or sales (jewellery experience is an advantage) 
• Strong communication skills in: 
• Bahasa Malaysia 
• English 
• Tamil (preferred for customer engagement) 
• Good interpersonal and customer handling skills 
• Sales-driven with a positive attitude 
• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional 
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail hours

Additional Information

• Immediate starters are highly preferred 
• Training will be provided for product knowledge and sales techniques
