Job Description

Customer Engagement Consultant/Associate to help enhance the overall customer experience and foster long-term relationships. In this role, you will engage with customers across multiple touchpoints to provide support, drive product adoption, and ensure customer satisfaction. You’ll play a key role in onboarding new clients, promoting engagement initiatives, and acting as a voice of the customer within the organization. 


Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Act as the first point of contact and support new customer onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
  • • Provide product demonstrations, walkthroughs, and usage tips.
  • • Monitor customer satisfaction and collect feedback via surveys or direct interaction.
  • • Proactively identify at-risk customers and work to re-engage or resolve concerns.
  • • Provide internal feedback on customer trends and needs.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly and professionally interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Interest in understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  • Ability to analyze issues, think critically, and provide timely, effective solutions.
  • Listen to customer feedback and questions to fully understand their requirements.
  • Efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to quickly learn new products, tools, and processes, and adjust to changing customer needs.
  • Work effectively within cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintains a calm, customer-focused approach even under pressure.

Bonus:

  1. Degree in finance / accounting background preferred.
  2. Familiarity with finance/account related terminology.
  3. Understanding in corporate process workflow.
  4. Well versed in Fintech Saas product.
