About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Fullstack Developer to join our growing tech team. You’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling robust software solutions that power our products. This role requires strong hands-on coding ability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset in collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.

Job Requirements

 Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure fullstack applications using modern frameworks.
• Develop clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to deliver new features and improvements.
• Integrate and optimize backend APIs, third-party systems, and databases.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across platforms.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a high-quality engineering culture.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and system reliability.
• Document technical solutions, processes, and best practices.
• Proactively identify technical debt and performance bottlenecks, suggesting improvements.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Laravel, VueJS, Nextsj, Nestjs or equivalent frontend/backend frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and OAuth.
• Comfortable working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to AWS cloud services is a plus.
• Bonus: Experience with FastAPI, Golang, or microservices architecture.

Development Practices:

• Experience in Agile development and sprint-based delivery.
• Ability to write well-tested, well-documented, and clean code.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
• Willingness to continuously learn and grow with the team.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release processes.
• Experience working on high-traffic, API-driven applications.
