Job Description

Jom eInvoice builds e-invoice middleware and tax compliance software. This role owns the creative thinking and execution behind the company's organic social content: developing content strategies across TOFU/MOFU/BOFU, writing scripts, producing and editing short-form videos (TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts), designing supporting visuals when required, translating complex tax and e-invoicing topics into engaging stories, and aligning content with marketing and business goals through performance analysis.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Developing content strategies across TOFU, MOFU and BOFU.
• Brainstorming scroll-stopping content ideas rooted in psychology and real business pain points.
• Writing scripts for short-form videos, skits and educational content.
• Turning complex tax compliance and e-Invoicing concepts into simple, engaging stories.
• Producing and editing videos for TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
• Designing supporting visuals when required.
• Working closely with the business team to align content with business goals.
• Constantly analysing performance and improving future content based on audience behaviour.

Must Have / Qualifications:

• Exceptional storytelling ability.
• Strong understanding of B2B consumer psychology and why people engage with content.
• Excellent copywriting and scriptwriting skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content mechanics.
• Experience shooting and editing short-form videos.
• Ability to simplify complicated topics into engaging stories.
• Curious mindset with strong commercial awareness.
• Comfortable appearing on camera is a bonus, but not required.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing.
• Understanding of Malaysian business culture.
• Familiarity with accounting, finance or tax industries.
• Experience building organic social media brands.
