We are looking for a Product Owner cum QA to take ownership of the product roadmap, analyze business needs, and oversee testing processes to ensure the delivery of top-tier solutions. Product Owner & QA Responsibilities:  

● Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog based on business goals and user needs.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
● Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows for development teams.
● Act as the primary liaison between business teams, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback assessments to identify product improvement opportunities.
● Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, user experience, and technical feasibility.
● Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies to ensure efficient development cycles.
● Driving the product development cycle from user requirements, sprint planning, testing, deployment and preparing in release note.
● Assisting in product features guide and documentation.
● Assist in developing and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and user experience.
● Assist in manual and automated testing, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
● Identify, document, and track bugs and defects, working closely with development teams for resolution.
● Ensure all software releases meet business requirements and quality standards.
● Collaborate with developers to improve test coverage, performance, and reliability.
● Participate in release management, ensuring smooth deployment of new features and enhancements & release note preparation.
● Monitor system performance post-release and conduct continuous quality improvements. 

Job Requirements

Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
● 3 - 5 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, and/or Quality Assurance.
● Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
● Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
● Proficiency in test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Selenium, TestRail).
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Bonus (Nice-to-Have):
● Certifications in Scrum Product Ownership (CSPO), Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA), or Quality Assurance (ISTQB).
● Experience with test automation frameworks.
● Knowledge of domain-specific tools or industries (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, SaaS).
