Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and

automated testing.

● Perform various testing types, including functional, regression, integration,

performance, and UAT.

● Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools, ensuring timely

resolution.

● Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and identify

test scenarios.

● Validate software functionality against business requirements and specifications.

● Ensure the delivery of high-quality software through rigorous testing and quality

assurance processes.

● Develop and maintain automation scripts for testing using tools like Selenium, JUnit,or equivalent.

● Conduct performance and load testing to ensure systems can handle anticipated

traffic volumes.

● Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and release planning to ensure quality

integration.

● Maintain comprehensive documentation of QA activities, including test results and

defect reports.

● Advocate for QA best practices and contribute to process improvements within the

team.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

● 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.

● Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

● Proficiency in manual testing and familiarity with automation frameworks (e.g.,

Selenium, Appium).

● Knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, or C# for test automation.

● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.

● Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Bonus:

● ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.

● Experience in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).

● Familiarity with security testing and tools like OWASP ZAP or Burp Suite.

● Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in sprint planning.
