About the Role

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and proactive Front Desk & Guest Service Staff to help ensure our padel facility runs smoothly during early morning and late evening hours. This role involves welcoming members and guests, keeping the club clean and organized, supporting front desk operations, and responsibly managing opening or closing procedures. You will play an important part in creating a positive first impression and ensuring the facility is safe, ready, and enjoyable for all visitors.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet, welcome and assist members and guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Assist with court booking, check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Answer inquiries and provide information about the club’s facilities, services, and upcoming events.
  • Open or close the facility following established procedures, ensuring safety, security, and readiness.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the club’s public areas at all times.
  • Assist with the coordination and organisation of club activities and events as required.
  • Support with ad-hoc research and coordination to meet the facility’s operational needs. 

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proactive, with a “can-do” mindset and willingness to take initiative. 
  • Preferably lives within reasonable proximity to the club (Jalan Ampang), or can reliably commute to it.
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Comfortable working independently during solo shifts (opening/closing).
  • Strong ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for sports — padel experience is a plus, but not essential.
