• Operations & Community Engagement: Support the day-to-day operations of the sports facility while actively engaging with players and ensuring a welcoming, energetic environment on-site.
• Game & Event Management: Plan, organise, and host games, mini-events, and tournaments that foster strong community engagement and encourage active participation.
• Marketing & Content Creation: Drive marketing campaigns including social media management, content creation, and outreach efforts to build awareness and showcase the vibrancy of our community.
• Partnership Coordination: Develop collaboration opportunities with corporate partners and brands to enhance visibility and create exciting on-ground activations.
• Client & Systems Management: Manage essential systems such as the website, booking platform, and other operational tools to ensure a smooth player experience.

Job Requirements

• Enthusiasm for sports (any sport; if you play padel, even better!) and enjoy being actively involved on the court.
• Strong interest in community engagement, with confidence in interacting with people face-to-face and building relationships on-site.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, with the ability to create engaging content and drive online interaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Fluent in English and Malay (Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus).
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage games, mini-events, and tournaments effectively.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain composed in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in ensuring smooth operations and positive player experiences.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and visual design tools such as Canva.
