Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks
- Support data entry and document filing
- Help prepare business reports, documents, filtering candidates, claims and so on
- Coordinate with different departments as needed
- Liaise with vendor for stock ordering (stationery, pantry, etc.)
- Assist with any HR ad hoc.
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Final year students or Mid-year students
- Strong in Microsoft office
- Effective communicator and problem-solver
