Job Requirements

1. Product Development

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Business Development, Marketing, etc.) to define product requirements and specifications.
• Oversee the latest updates on product features, technical specifications, and pricing.
• Promote a culture of continuous innovation to enhance product offerings and market relevance.

2. Product Vision and Strategy

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with organisational objectives and market trends.
• Define and articulate the product vision and strategy, grounded in market research, customer insights, and business goals.

3. Pipeline and Stakeholder Management

• Identify and cultivate early-stage pipeline opportunities, working closely with the account management team throughout the sales cycle to deal closure.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and effectively manage expectations.

4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and highlight areas for improvement.
• Conduct data collection and reporting to monitor product performance using relevant metrics, customer feedback, and market analysis.
• Implement targeted solutions to enhance product efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction levels.
