Job Description

We are looking for detail-oriented AI Data Operations Associates to support AI training-data production. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. You will follow established guidelines to annotate, classify, review, validate, and quality-check image, video, and other datasets.

Key Responsibilities

● Annotate, classify, review, and validate image, video, and other datasets according to project guidelines.

● Perform first-level quality checks and identify errors, anomalies, inconsistencies, ambiguous samples, and edge cases.

● Complete rework based on supervisor feedback and document error causes and corrective actions.

● Maintain records of workload, completed volume, quality results, project progress, and exceptions.

● Participate in JOYAD advertising-placement quality checks and progressively support physical-AI video or spatial-data tasks and result validation.

● Follow all data confidentiality, access-control, data-handling, and information-security requirements.

● Provide feedback on guidelines and tools to support continuous process improvement.

Job Requirements

● Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

● Diploma or Bachelor's degree holders may apply.

● Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Mandarin .

● Ability to follow rules accurately and consistently while maintaining strong attention to detail.

● Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills.

● Willingness to undergo quality reviews and complete rework when required.

● Ability to pass a 45–60-minute practical assessment.
