We are a rehabilitation centre specializing in spine and joint recovery. Our mission is to return patients to their active lifestyle through high-precision care. We are looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator / Operations Anchor to join our team to lead the Patient Experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Optimising patient flow: Managing the appointment, operations calendar, and patient recalls.
• Handling insurance and corporate liaison: Paper work and claims for the corporate panels.
• Conflict resolution: Acting as the first point of contact for patient concerns to maintain a calm clinical environment.
• Content & social media support: Collaborating with therapists to gather “Tip of the Day” content integrating knowledge and clinical insights for marketing approval.
• Oversee basic inventory and vendor relationships
• Creating and updating clinical / operational materials for approval.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years in fast moving service environments
• Education: Diploma / Bachelor's in Hospitality, Communication, or Business Admin
• Linguistic Proficiency: Trilingual fluency (BM, English, Chinese) is essential to facilitate communication between therapists and clients
• Disposition: Exceptional professional maturity, able to remain calm in a fast paced environment and lead others under pressure
• Other Skillsets: Proficiency in Canva, Excel, and WhatsApp Business
