Your Responsibilities: 

• Evaluate clients’ income, debts, and expenses to assess their borrowing potential. 
• Perform cash flow and retirement modeling to facilitate financial planning. 
• Analyze financial products and create tailored quotes. 
• Oversee workpapers, bookkeeping, and internal reporting tasks. 
• Handle reporting and data related to Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF).  
• Conduct research and analysis on client accounts to ensure precision. 
• Review and update client records to adhere to compliance regulations. 
• Compile clear and informative monthly reports for clients. 
• Ensure internal workflows and databases remain current. 
• Assess financial products and evaluate associated risk profiles. 
• Assist the Australian team with various accounting and finance tasks. 

Job Requirements

Desired Qualifications: 

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin. 
• Recent graduate or final-year student holding a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. 
• Meticulous attention to detail and precision in financial activities. 
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 
• Capable of prioritising tasks, managing multiple responsibilities, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment. 
• Strong analytical abilities and effective problem-solving skills. 
• Positive demeanor, willingness to learn, and openness to new challenges.
