What You’ll Be Doing

As an Operations Intern, you’ll support our team in handling background screening processes and real client cases.

• Assist in employment and academic verification checks 
• Conduct online research and data gathering 
• Support reference checks via calls and emails 
• Organize and update case information accurately 
• Assist in preparing reports for clients 
• Work closely with the team to meet turnaround timelines 

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 - 6 months
• Location: Shah Alam (on-site)
