Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support & Operations person to join our team!
You’ll be the backbone of our daily operations , helping to keep things organized, efficient, and running smoothly across departments. If you enjoy problem-solving, coordination, and supporting a growing team, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with the support team to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Provide prompt and professional assistance to merchants via chat or phone
  • Provide product information/ guidance with account related issues.
  • Coordinate between teams to ensure smooth workflow and task completion. 
  • Support management in planning schedules, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Handle documentation, record updates, and data management.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback.
  • Help improve processes and contribute ideas for efficiency.


Job Requirements

✅ Who You Are

  • Great communicator (written and verbal)
  • Responsible, organized, and proactive.
  • Able to handle multiple small tasks efficiently. 
  • Enjoys helping others and solving problems.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools.
  • Fresh grads from Business / Management / Communication fields are welcome.
