Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive intern to support our IT solutions and operations team. In this role, you will assist in maintaining IT systems, supporting end-users, participating in IT projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This internship provides hands-on experience across IT infrastructure, software solutions, and operational processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to technical support requests from internal users, resolving issues or escalating as needed
• Assist in the monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems
• Support the implementation and documentation of IT solutions and upgrades
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT-related operational needs
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within IT operations
• Help document FAQs, SOPs, and customer support workflows
• Participate in testing and improvement of IT tools and platforms
  
  
   

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing in Information Technology, Business or a related field
• Good communication skills in English & Chinese (written and verbal)
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
