Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive intern to support our IT Operation & Support Executive. In this role, you will assist in maintaining systems, supporting end-users, participating in projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This internship provides hands-on experience across IT infrastructure, software solutions, and operational processes.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Respond to technical support requests from internal users, resolving issues or escalating as needed
- Assist in the monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems
- Support the implementation and documentation of software solutions and upgrades
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support software operational needs
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within IT operations
- Help document FAQs, SOPs and customer support workflows

Job Requirements
