Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Classroom Planning & Teaching

• Design and deliver age-appropriate lessons using play-based activities and simple assessments.
• Create learning materials and learning corners that support literacy, numeracy and motor skills.

Child Care & Wellbeing

• Supervise children during meals, nap times and activities while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
• Monitor development and record observations to track progress and raise concerns early.

Parent & Team Communication

• Share progress updates with parents, run brief handovers and advise on at-home activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues on lesson schedules, events and classroom care routines.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in preschool or childcare settings.
• Diploma or certificate in Early Childhood Education, Teacher Education or related field preferred.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Teacher Education.

• Lesson planning, basic child development knowledge and classroom management.
