Job Requirements

 Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction & Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email or messaging platforms.
• Customer Experience Management: Listen actively, handle complaints efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions.
• Sales Conversion Support: Guide potential clients to purchase products and converting them to long term clients
• Data & Order Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details.
• Operational Assistance: Support operations by ensuring a clean, organized work environment.
• Financial Handling: Assist in processing payments, transactions, and settlements accurately.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1.  Providing good customer service by understanding customer's feelings and expectations on products they plan to purchase. 

2.  Able to work independently and obtain sales through cold calling methods.

3. Skills: Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and comfortable using various social media platforms for outreach

1. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English written and spoken. (Mandatory)

5. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.

1. No experience required. Training is provided.
