 Responsibilities

• Perform basic video editing as required
• Assisting in the preparation and organization of project files for finishing.
• Performing basic color correction, audio adjustments, and quality checks under guidance.
• Ensuring all deliverables meet the required technical, creative, and brand specifications.
• Exporting and delivering final videos in multiple formats suitable for various platforms (e.g. social media, internal, or broadcast).
• Collaborating with editors, producers, and other post-production team members to address and resolve post-production issues.
• Maintaining organized file structures and adhering to project naming conventions.
• Keeping up-to-date with finishing software, plug-ins, and workflows relevant to the role.
• Performing versioning, reformatting, and resizing of content as needed.

Following skills are a Plus:

• Colour correction & grading
• Have experience mentoring assistant editors
• Sound mix and mastering
• Familiarity with IMF & DCP
• Has worked with with OMF and AAF interchange formats for sound post-production workflows

Job Requirements

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of relevant conform and finishing experience
• Communicate well in English
• Deep understanding of video & sound encoding, broadcast & cinema delivery formats
• Have a good habit with highly-organised project bins, timeline layers & tracks, and file management
