Our Learning &amp; Development business unit known as <strong>Heroes Training Academy (HTA)</strong> is looking for a <strong><em>Learning &amp; Development Associate</em></strong> to push boundaries, rethink possibilities, and make a lasting impact. <p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing: </strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>To fulfill your purpose, your role will require you to be:</p>
<p><strong>1) Trailblazing the Onboarding Journey:</strong> Co-champion and refine the onboarding experience that integrates new hires into our culture seamlessly, reducing time-to-productivity.</p>
<p><strong>2) Creating Content:</strong> Utilise various instructional design methods and techniques to craft training modules and materials to meet the organisation’s needs, including but not limited to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Online/automated training, self-learning.</li>
<li>Simulation/scenario-based training that reflects and replicates complex challenges in software development, project delivery, and customer interaction.</li>
<li>Bite-sized content, short-form videos, quick articles, and infographics.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>3) Collaborating for Impact:</strong> Partner with leaders to address current and future skills gaps/needs analysis, ensuring learning solutions align with business growth and innovation.</p>
<p><strong>4) Measuring Success:</strong> Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes using performance metrics and data, continually enhancing their impact.</p>
