OVERVIEW

We’re searching for a creative and hands-on marketer who is passionate about crafting impactful experiences and elevating our brand reputation. If you thrive on collaboration, love executing standout events, and get a buzz from media and PR, we’d love to meet you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of innovative company events (both virtual and in-person).
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, vendors, sponsors, and media.
• Manage and execute PR initiatives: drafting press releases, handling media relations, and pitching impactful stories.
• Monitor media coverage (PR listening) and online mentions, providing regular updates and insights to the team.
• Conduct strategic analysis of competitors, including their events, PR activities, and brand positioning, to identify industry trends and new opportunities.
• Oversee budget management, vendor coordination, and ensure smooth project delivery on tight timelines.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of events and PR activities, using data-driven insights to improve future campaigns.
• Enhance attendee and media engagement before, during, and after events.
• Contribute to other marketing projects that help amplify our brand presence and meet business goals.

Job Requirements

• With 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally focused on events, PR, or communications.
• Experience monitoring media trends, news coverage, and social conversations.
• Analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting media and competitor data to inform strategy.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
• Creative problem-solver who brings fresh ideas to the table.
• A strong team player, eager to collaborate and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
