• Manage and maintain a full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  
• Process transactions and generate financial reports using accounting software.
  
• Prepare and review financial statements, account reconciliations, and other financial reports.
  
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing.
  
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams to resolve account-related issues.
  
• Coordinate with project teams to track and manage costs across various sites.
  
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support decision-making.
  
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audit preparations.
  
• Analyze and organize financial data to prepare detailed and comprehensive reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role, preferably in the construction or related industry.
  
• Proficiency in using accounting software.
  
• Strong skills in organizing, analyzing, and presenting financial data.
  
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
