Responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring the company attracts and hires the best talent efficiently.

📌 Key Responsibilities

•  Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview coordination, hiring)
•  Source candidates through platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, and other channels
•  Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ suitability
•  Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
•  Maintain and update candidate database
•  Prepare job descriptions and post job advertisements
•  Assist in onboarding process for new hires
•  Monitor recruitment progress and prepare hiring reports

Job Requirements

📌 Requirements

•  Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment experience (Fresh graduates are welcome)
•  Good communication and interpersonal skills
•  Able to work in a fast-paced environment
•  Strong organisational and time management skills
•  Familiar with recruitment platforms such as JobStreet or LinkedIn
