- Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives within the café & catering channel.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage sales pipelines to expand market coverage.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and food service partners.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and data-driven reporting to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing, trade, and culinary teams to develop channel-focused promotional activities and menu applications.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, budgets, and forecasts to ensure target achievement.
- Provide feedback from customers and the market to support new product development and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and brand guidelines in all business activities.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of working experience in Food Service, HORECA, or B2B Sales (FMCG or Food Ingredient industry preferred).
- Proven track record in Sales Target Achievement and Customer Relationship Management.
- Strong skills in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Statistical Reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Self-driven, analytical thinker with strong teamwork and adaptability skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel when required.
