Job Description

• Handling day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration
• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Providing HR support and guidance to employees, addressing their queries and concerns
• Coordinating and facilitating employee training and development programs
• Maintaining compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective HR service delivery
• Providing HR data and analytics to support business decision-making

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a human resource or generalist HR role, preferably in a consulting or corporate environment
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and relevant labour laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Proficient in data analysis and report generation, with a keen eye for detail
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
