About the Role
We are offering an internship opportunity for a motivated accounting or finance student or recent graduate to gain hands-on exposure to full-set accounting operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to apply classroom knowledge to real-world bookkeeping, reporting, and compliance work, with exposure to modern Accounting/ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions
- Support bank reconciliation and basic record-keeping
- Help prepare and organize documentation for audit, tax, and statutory filing purposes
- Assist with filing, scanning, and digitizing financial records
- Support the team with basic invoice processing and payment tracking
- Assist in data entry and reconciliation tasks related to ongoing accounting software migration (Odoo)
- Learn and support preparation of simple weekly/monthly reporting schedules under supervision
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative and accounting support duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (debits/credits, journal entries, basic financial statements)
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite of applications
- Familiarity with any accounting software is a plus (Odoo, AutoCount, SQL Accounting, Xero, QuickBooks)
- Detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills; proficiency in English required
- Attention to Details, Self-driven, Resourceful, Problem Solver
- Able to commit to a internship period of 3-6 months
