Job Description
- Provide customer support travel platform via call, chat and email channels
- Handle inquiries, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
- Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services
Job Requirements
- SPM qualification or above
- Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading and typing) and English are mandatory
- Strong in communication skill in oral & written, deliver active listening and able to articulate step by step problem solving.
- Willing to work on-site at Shah Alam (Work at Office).

Shift Timing:
Rotation shift 24/7
5 days per week, each shift is 9 hours durations including 1-hour lunch break and 15 mins short break twice
