ChamCham is a vibrant F&B quick-service chain known for our delicious offerings and exceptional customer experience. We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to help plan and execute our marketing campaigns, both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management to plan and execute marketing campaigns, including promotions, events, and digital initiatives.
• Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., printers, designers) to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Brief store operations teams on campaign details, timing, and scope.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and insights to management.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and store locations.
• Assist in managing social media accounts and online presence, if required.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to suggest innovative marketing ideas.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in F&B or retail.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
