Job Description

ChamCham is a fast-growing F&B quick-service chain dedicated to delivering exceptional food and service to our customers. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of our stores and maintain strong relationships with landlords, suppliers, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple store locations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and suppliers, addressing operational issues and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Monitor staff performance, conduct scheduling, and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and shortages.
  • Step in to cover shifts during emergencies or staff shortages, ensuring uninterrupted service.
  • Use a personal vehicle to travel between stores (valid driving license and car required).
  • Provide regular reports to management on store performance, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in F&B or retail.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, if needed.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car.
