Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for Denza and Honda brands across digital and offline channels 
• Support day-to-day content creation, including social media posts, captions, and basic visual assets 
• Manage and schedule content across platforms while monitoring engagement and performance metrics 
• Support digital marketing efforts such as paid advertising, email campaigns, and online promotions 
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and insights for campaign improvement 
• Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities 
• Liaise with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials 
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports and presentations 
• Provide administrative support, including maintaining marketing assets and documentation 

Job Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field
• Minimum CGPA 3.0 or equivalent (preferred)

EXPERIENCE

• No prior work experience required; prior internship or involvement in marketing/content creation is an added advantage

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Essential: 

• Familiarity with Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) as a user; exposure to Meta Business Suite is a plus
•  Basic copywriting skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
•  Comfortable with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation/editing tools
•  Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
•  Good communication and follow-up skills

Preferred:

• Basic understanding of digital advertising (Meta Ads)
• Experience handling community/social media replies or engagement
