We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Personal Assistant to the Chairman. This role supports the Chairman with an active schedule that includes corporate &amp; personal duties.
This is a dynamic, on-the-go position suitable for someone who is energetic, organised, and comfortable handling both business and personal tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Manage the Chairman’s calendar, appointments, meetings, sending timely reminders.</li>
<li>Follow up on pending matters, updates, and commitments made by the Chairman.</li>
<li>Coordinate travel arrangements, including overseas trips, and accompany the Chairman whenever required.</li>
<li>Handle expense claims, invoices, payments, and basic administrative tasks.</li>
<li>Run personal errands including shopping, bill payments, and other ad-hoc duties.</li>
<li>Maintain the highest level of discretion in handling confidential information.</li>
<li>Support daily operational needs which may change frequently.</li>
<li>Work primarily outside the office, often on the move.</li>
</ul>
