Job Description

 This is an office-based (indoor) sales role with two jobs: open new trade accounts for Kalt, and run day-to-day e-commerce sales. The hire grows the trade loop (resellers, technicians, shops)
Market: Support Malaysia and Asean Market.

New trade accounts

• Build a prospect list of shops, service contractors, freelance technicians, electrical and hardware stores, and mini-markets.
• Reach prospects by phone, WhatsApp, email and video call; send samples and product kits.
• Present Kalt's reseller programme, pricing tiers and margins; close and onboard new accounts.
• Work leads passed from marketing campaigns, exhibitions and the Kalt customer app.

1. Trade account management

• Process trade orders, quotations and invoices; follow up on payment within terms.
• Run reorder reminder so every account buys again on cycle.
• Share promotions, POS material and training content so resellers sell more.
• Keep every account, call and deal updated in the CRM.

1. E-commerce sales

• Manage Kalt stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and the Kalt website: listings, pricing, stock, vouchers and campaign sign-ups (e.g. 11.11, 12.12, payday sales).
• Reply to customer chats and reviews quickly; turn enquiries into orders.
• Coordinate with marketing and KOL agents on live sessions and campaign timing.
• Track sales, conversion and ad spend weekly; report what is working.

1. Reporting

• Weekly pipeline and sales report to the reporting manager.
• Share customer feedback and product issues with the product team.

Job Requirements

 The ideal hire is a hunter who is comfortable selling by phone and WhatsApp, and who already knows how Shopee and TikTok Shop work.

• Hands-on experience running at least one marketplace store (Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop) — listings, vouchers, campaigns.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (spoken).
• Confident on cold calls; follows up without being chased.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and a CRM.
