Job Description
- Study current company workflows and identify areas that can be improved with AI or automation
- Research, test, and implement suitable AI tools for different departments
- Create AI-assisted workflows for customer service, marketing, HR, operations, and e-commerce
- Develop prompt libraries, templates, and simple SOPs for internal team usage
- Train staff on how to use AI tools effectively in their daily work
- Monitor latest AI trends, tools, and industry best practices
- Track productivity improvements, operational efficiency, and time-saving results after implementation
- Assist in automating reporting, content creation, meeting summaries, and internal processes
- Work together with teams to ensure AI solutions are practical and easy to use
Job Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in AI implementation, automation, digital transformation, operations improvement, or related fields
- Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI, or similar platforms
- Basic knowledge of prompt engineering and no-code automation tools
- Familiar with Google Workspace, Excel, or Google Sheets
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fast learner with interest in new technology and AI trends
- Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
- Hands-on, proactive, and execution-focused mindset
- Ability to simplify complex processes into practical solutions
Bonus Skills (Added Advantage)
- Experience with Zapier, Make AI (Integromat) , Python, or API integrations
- Familiar with Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, or e-commerce systems
- Experience using AI video, design, or content generation tools
- Knowledge in process optimization or productivity tracking
