To assist and prepare food according to recipes, quality standards and presentation standards
To comply with the conditions of the food hygiene policies.
To receive store deliveries and ensure that all stocks are well maintained.
To ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.
To keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules and regulations.
To operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
To carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum qualification with Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) is acceptable. Degree, Diploma, or Certification in culinary arts is advantageous.
Working experience in a commercial kitchen would be an added advantage.
Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
Effective communication skills.
Experience in Japanese cuisine is welcomed.
