As Front of House Crew you are the backbone of daily service, greeting guests, assisting with QR ordering, delivering food and drinks, and keeping the dining area, service station and toilets clean. You will restock essentials like tissues and cutlery, help pack takeaway and pick-up orders, and coordinate closely with Kitchen, Bakery and Barista teams to keep service running smoothly. Your steady, punctual presence helps the whole team maintain high standards during busy shifts.

Your Growth & Impact

• Develop hands-on customer service skills through regular face-to-face interactions and guiding guests with QR ordering. Gain confidence managing different customer needs in a friendly manner.
• Expand your technical comfort using POS systems, order tracking and basic takeaway packing. Learn how to handle simple order changes and communicate updates clearly to colleagues and customers.
• Sharpen multitasking and time management by balancing restock, cleaning and table service during peak periods. Improve your speed while keeping service warm and accurate.
• Strengthen teamwork by working side by side with Kitchen, Bakery and Barista teams and joining short on-the-job training sessions. Build practical experience in clear handovers and cross-station communication.
• Build a hospitality portfolio with real customer-facing experience and structured coaching. Position yourself for steady growth within our café or broader F&B roles.

• Minimum SPM
• Pengalaman F&B adalah satu kelebihan
• Mesra pelanggan dan mempunyai sikap positif
• Rajin, bertanggungjawab dan menepati masa
• Boleh bekerja dalam pasukan
• Bersedia bekerja hujung minggu dan cuti umum
