Job Description

This internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience, exposure to real business operations, and an opportunity to develop professional skills in a dynamic FMCG environment. 

• Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks within the assigned department. 
• Support ongoing projects, campaigns, and business initiatives. 
• Conduct research and data analysis, and prepare reports or presentations. 
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams. 
• Assist with documentation, filing, and process improvement activities. 
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas when appropriate.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field. 
• Available for an internship of at least three months. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. 
• Good communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. 
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team. 
• Interested in the FMCG industry and aligned with Kao’s values of integrity, innovation, and the Kirei mindset.
