Job Description

What you will be doing :

Event Management & Activations

• Support execution of events, sponsorships, exhibitions, campus & community activations
• Coordinate logistics, booth setup, manpower, sampling & event operations
• Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor event timelines and support on-ground troubleshooting
• Support key programmes (e.g. ASEAN Dengue Campaign, PJ Marathon, exhibitions, ESG initiatives)

School Activation Programmes

• Support planning and execution of school outreach & education programmes
• Assist in logistics, sampling activities, and school visits
• Support collaboration with schools, MOE and local councils
• Track and report activation activities across schools

PR & Social Media Support

• Assist in preparing post-event content (highlights, key takeaways, photos)
• Coordinate social media posting with Corporate Communications & Digital teams
• Support consistent content updates across platforms

Data & Expenses Tracking

• Assist in tracking activation expenses and data entry
• Support vendor coordination and quotation sourcing
• Help ensure vendor delivery and documentation accuracy

Reporting & Insights

• Prepare post-event reports with photos, insights & performance summaries
• Track activation performance (reach, engagement, sampling results)
• Support improvement recommendations for future activations

Job Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields
• Strong interest in events, and on-ground marketing
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible
• Comfortable with basic Excel and reporting tasks
• Able to work with multiple stakeholders
