  Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets regularly to ensure product availability, visibility and merchandising standards are maintained.
• Arrange and replenish products according to planograms, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, clean, correctly priced and visually appealing.
• Monitor stock levels, stock rotation and out-of-stock situations, and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Set up and maintain in-store promotions, displays and point-of-sale materials according to company guidelines.
• Take and follow up on customer orders to support product availability and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Identify opportunities to increase product distribution, shelf presence and sales within existing outlets and potential new retail customers.
• Present new products, promotions and sales activities to store owners/personnel where applicable.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with store owners, outlet managers and retail personnel.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions and market conditions, and provide regular market feedback.
• Maintain accurate outlet visit, sales and merchandising reports and achieve assigned monthly sales and execution KPIs.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
• Experience in FMCG merchandising, retail or field sales is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Sales-oriented, self-motivated and comfortable working towards KPIs and targets.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel between assigned outlets.
• Physically fit and comfortable handling merchandising activities, including stocking products and standing for extended periods.
