Job Description
- Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed.
- Performing clerical duties: creating PowerPoint presentations, drafting reports, designing creatives, researching trends as per assign by Superior in charge/Manager.
- Fulfilling tasks assigned by a Supervisor/Manager.
- Run general industry related errands.
- Learning technical skills related to the industry.
- Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks.
- Helping different teams and areas of a business with tasks and projects.
- Getting familiar and having active involvement with the business products and services in Supply Chain Department.
- Researching and proposing new ideas and projects for the team.
- Participates in the planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise.
- Undertakes and/or participates in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and expertise appropriate to the needs of the organization.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- BACHELOR OF INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT WITH HONS or any related Degree’s with Application letter from university.
- Internship placement min 3 months - 6 months
