Job Description

• Handle all aspects of marketing management and activities of the assigned brands under agency brand (non-food) portfolio.
• Oversee and develop marketing internal campaigns. 
• Plan and execute brand initiatives/activities to enhance brand positioning and ensure the company objectives are met.
• Keep abreast with consumer’s behavior, marketplace trends, market research, trade dynamics, business drivers and competitor’s strategy.
• Maintain good working relationship with suppliers to design & successfully execute marketing campaigns.
• Provide monthly marketing reports/analysis to the Management. 
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing / Economy or related fields
• At least 2 years of Marketing working experiences in FMCG industry. 
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skill.
• Creative to identify alternative approaches and solutions.
• Dynamic team player with initiatives, matured, able to work independently with a positive attitude. 
• Digital savvy and proficient in MS office applications.
