Job Description

Mobile App Tester / QA Tester to test the Shopee app, focusing on new account registration, user onboarding, and eKYC (electronic Know Your Customer) verification.

The tester will create authorized test accounts and execute test scenarios to identify registration, identity verification, UI, functional, and usability issues.

Job Requirements

Create and test new Shopee test accounts using approved testing procedures.

Test the complete new-user registration flow, including:

Mobile/email registration

OTP verification

Account setup

Login and logout

Password/PIN-related flows

Test the eKYC verification process, including:

Identity verification flow

Document capture/upload

Selfie/face verification

Verification status

Successful and failed verification scenarios

Retry and error-handling flows
