Job Description
Role Description
- To support finance manager on account closing, work flow improvement initiatives, project implementation and other ad-hoc project.
- To review general ledger and ensure compliance with established accounting practices.
- To prepare or review accounting schedule. (breakdown of prepayment, accruals, expenses, other income and etc.).
- To support on monthly variance analysis and financial information analysis.
- Able to liaise with internal and external parties effectively (government authorities, auditor, tax agent, company secretary and etc.).
- To support external audit and tax matters.
Role Requirements
- Recognised Diploma/Degree or Professional Papers in Accountancy or finance.
- At least 3 years experience in Senior Finance role.
- Strong in Excel.
- Auditing and manufacturing experience is preferable.
- Self-motivated and high degree of initiative, ability to organize and complete task with minimal supervision.
- Willing to learn and adapt to changes.
- Experienced in Company income tax and withholding will be added advantage.
- Experienced in manufacturing costing will be added advantage.
- The candidate must be willing to work in Pontian Besar, Johor.
