Karihome is looking for a driven and proactive Sales Executive to champion our products across retail networks. If you have a knack for closing deals, love being on the move, and thrive in the fast-paced FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive Sales: Promote and sell our products to retail outlets, supermarkets, pharmacies, and convenience stores to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Relationship Builder: Maintain strong bonds with existing clients while hunting for new business opportunities.
• Market Watcher: Conduct regular market visits to monitor shelf visibility, product availability, competitor activities, and gather customer feedback.
• Merchandising: Ensure eye-catching product displays and promotional setups at retail outlets.
• Coordination Pro: Work closely with distributors and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.
• Reporting: Prepare insightful sales, customer visit, and market intelligence reports.
• Event Champion: Participate in exciting promotional campaigns, product launches, baby fairs, and trade events.
• Servicing: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.

• 推动销售： 向零售店、超市、药房及便利店推广并销售公司产品，达成每月及年度业绩目标。
• 客情维护： 与现有客户建立并保持良好的合作关系，同时积极开发新商机。
• 市场洞察： 定期巡视市场，监督产品上架率、价格、竞品动态及收集客户反馈。
• 商品陈列： 确保零售店内的商品陈列整齐显眼，并做好促销展示。
• 发货协调： 与分销商及内部部门紧密合作，确保产品准时送达且库存充足。
• 文书与报告： 撰写销售报告、客户拜访记录及市场情报更新。
• 活动大使： 参与各大促销活动、产品发布会、婴儿展 (Baby Fairs) 及展会。
• 客户服务： 专业且迅速地处理客户的查询与投诉。

What You Bring to the Table:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales experience in FMCG, F&B, dairy products, or retail. Experience with milk powder or nutritional products is a huge plus.
• A proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a valid driving license, own transport, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Flexibility to work on weekends or public holidays for roadshows, baby fairs, and promotional events when required.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to facilitate seamless communication and manage relationships with a predominantly Mandarin-speaking client and retail base.
• Existing network with supermarkets, pharmacies, or grocery retailers.
• Experience working with distributors, retail merchandising, CRM systems, and MS Office.
• Coverage Area/ Territory: Johor (Batu Pahat/ Kluang/ Yong Peng/ Pagoh/ Labis etc).

• 1至2年快消品 (FMCG)、餐饮、乳制品或零售行业的销售经验。有奶粉或营养品销售经验者为佳。
• 拥有达成或超越销售目标的优秀业绩记录。
• 具备出色的沟通、谈判与人际交往能力。
• 拥有有效驾照及自备交通工具，并愿意在指定的销售区域内跑动。
• 愿意配合业务需求，在周末、公共假期或非正规工作时间工作 (以支援婴儿展、路演及促销活动等)。
• 负责的区域：柔佛州 (Batu Pahat/ Kluang/ Yong Peng/ Pagoh/ Labis etc).
  

优先考虑条件 (加分项)：

• 具备良好的中文沟通能力者优先考虑，以便更有效地与主要使用中文的客户群体及零售伙伴进行顺畅交流。
• 在超市、连锁店、药房或杂货零售商拥有现成的人脉网络。
• 具备与分销商合作及零售陈列的经验。
• 熟悉 CRM 系统及 Microsoft Office 办公软件。
