Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Specialist to join KARLS Group, a growing hospitality group that operates multiple F&B brands, including Skillet KL, Beta KL, Supernormal, Upper House, and others. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive workplace culture, streamlining HR processes, and ensuring the group attracts, develops, and retains top talent.


Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for all F&B brands within the group.
  • Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding processes.
  • Build relationships with culinary schools, universities, and other talent pipelines.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Act as the primary contact for employee concerns and inquiries.
  • Foster a positive work culture aligned with KARLS Group's values and vision.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and recognition programs.

HR Policy & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and employee handbooks.
  • Manage contracts, payroll, benefits, and performance appraisals.

Training & Development:

  • Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions for employees.
  • Design leadership development programs to support career progression.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness for continuous improvement.

Performance Management:

  • Oversee the performance review process and support managers in providing constructive feedback.
  • Develop KPIs and track team and individual performance metrics.
  • Implement strategies to improve team productivity and morale.

HR Systems & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and utilize HR software effectively.
  • Generate HR analytics and reports to inform decision-making.
  • Monitor trends in turnover, engagement, and recruitment to propose solutions.
