The Role
Own AnimeOshi's social presence—turning anime intelligence into scroll-stopping content that grows our community and pulls fans into the ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Plan and publish content across X, TikTok, Instagram, and Reddit that captures seasonal anime discourse
- Spark Watch/Mid/Skip debates and turn followers into active Scouts
- Package our Pulse data into shareable visual content—weekly roundups, breakout alerts, trending takes
- Own channel growth targets and iterate fast
Who You Are
- Deep in anime social already—you know what's airing and trending before everyone else
- Think in native formats and can ship daily without sacrificing voice
- Understand community-led growth—the right post at the right moment converts lurkers into contributors
Compensation
RM48,000–120,000/year + stock options
